1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VOIDCAST application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VOIDCAST is a 24/7 internet radio application that provides multiple streaming channels with curated music and soundscapes. The Service is available as a free version with optional paid Premium features.

3. User Accounts

  • You may need to create an account to access certain features
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service

4. Premium Subscription

4.1 Pricing

  • Monthly subscription: $1.99/month
  • Lifetime access: $9.99 (one-time payment)

4.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings

4.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by the respective app store (Apple or Google) in accordance with their refund policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
  • Record, redistribute, or retransmit any content streamed through the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio, and software—are the property of VOIDCAST or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOIDCAST shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
